1. General Information

Timberline Barn Co. provides construction and related services, including but not limited to pole barn construction, material supply, and site preparation. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotes and Estimates
​

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, or project scope changes.

Any additional work requested after the initial agreement will be subject to a separate written change order and may incur additional charges.

3. Deposits and Payments
​

A deposit is required before scheduling or beginning any work. The deposit amount will be specified in the written agreement or invoice.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments not received within 10 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of up to 5% per month.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payment terms are not met.

4. Project Schedule

Project start and completion dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, material availability, permitting, or other factors outside of our control.

Timberline Barn Co. is not responsible for delays caused by acts of nature, third-party suppliers, or unforeseen site conditions.

5. Site Conditions and Client Responsibilities

The Client must ensure that the construction site is accessible, cleared, and prepared prior to project start unless site preparation is included in the contract.

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and utility markings unless otherwise stated in writing.

Timberline Barn Co. is not liable for underground damage (e.g., water lines, electrical, septic) not clearly marked prior to construction.

6. Materials and Workmanship

All materials used are of standard construction quality, unless upgrades are specified in the contract.

Timberline Barn Co. guarantees workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, covering defects due to poor workmanship only.

Damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, misuse, or modifications by others is not covered under warranty.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

Cancellations made after the deposit is paid may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional fees for materials ordered or labor performed.

8. Liability and Insurance
​

Timberline Barn Co. carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract price.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or use.

9. Ownership of Work
​

Materials and structures remain the property of Timberline Barn Co. until payment is received in full.

Upon final payment, ownership transfers to the Client.

10. Photography and Marketing
​

Timberline Barn Co. reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing, advertising, and portfolio use unless the Client specifically requests in writing that photos not be used.
​
11. Governing Law
​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to any legal action being filed.

12. Acceptance
​
By signing a contract, paying a deposit, or authorizing work to begin, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
